Well structured company

The good thingsFlexibility of time. Organization is well structured and workloads are evenly spread out throughout the annual calendar. Great colleagues = great support team. Exciting opportunities to travel and rewarding experiences. Great work-life balance.

The challengeswould have preferred to be give more challenging roles.
