The challengesSeem friendly on surface but in reality poor leadership management run by managers that have been with the company since start up. Management lost touch with reality & live in a aquarium like environment. Managers will undercut employee's salary, increments, benefits, safety equiptment & delay confirmation just show their capability in cost savings. Poor prospect in learning something new as managers will not had over delegation and knowledge.
