    The good things- Career and Talent development opportunities - Less supervision - Flexible Time - Teamwork - Aws, bonuses, service recognition and salary annual increment
    The challenges- Have to deal multiple contractors with different behaviors - Time Oriented - Some times it is too much on physical strengths

    I have been done injustice by the company management
    The good thingsmy department we work as a team
    The challengesboss are unprofessional as in judging the staffs work performance on viewing CCTV without any internal investigation and it led to misconception and unfairness of termination of service. HR Department did not do their part in investigating the staff right.
