    The good thingsI find my colleagues very kind & empowering. Though people come and go through the years and work can be challenging--I've stayed because of the supportive culture and the people I work with.

    The challengesno guidance. everyone is super fake, the management like to email e staff late at night or midnight to ask about work. super stressful environment, the product and production line is all in big mess, even they don't know which is which. The management don't do what they preach.
