    The good thingsGet to end work on time, that's the only good thing I can think of..
    The challengesManagement are difficult to work with, act nice in front of you but behind your back will say bad things about you.

    The good thingsWork life balance. Other than that, there's nothing else I can think of.
    The challengesManagements are all related, they are couples. You will only do well in terms of career progression (Promotion etc) if you are able to get the heart of the managements.
