    Poor management and unfair treatment of employees
    The good thingsFast and reliable, competitive rate. Low minimum order, delivery status tracking, easy to use interface,fuss free navigation, user friendly interface. No Benefit And Low Salary, Unless you stay near to Roadbull at Clementi.
    The challengesDifferent departments work independently, very hard to work together. Management needs to more hands on.

    The good thingsAlot of challenges to overcome, but is acceptable as challenges if we could overcome is a good learning curve. Works not like a conventional logistics company. Very young management team but experienced.

    The good thingsPeople in the company help each other to meet timelines. alot of new projects and new ways to do things, so there is little to refer because of new ways things are done. What i like is the chance to be on projects and given the chance.
    The challengesCome up with many new processes, which is hard to form, because there is no previous reference. Need to be very resourceful to come up with the ideas and ways to solve problems in logistics.
