No work life balance. Overworked. Not good for long term. If you are local, you will find this company good. Not good for foreigner. Expect toxic environment. Be tough.
The good thingsGood if you want to acquire experience.
The challengesToo much work, so little time to do.

    Unbalanced, Need to remind
The good thingsNear my HDB, upper management is good.
The challengesNo system followed, everyone doing there own thing. Other people only work when high management is around. Can see them even from far. Company need remind to be aware of others and be considerate. Not fair to others working.

    Good for Entry Level
The good thingsManagement is good, shuttle bus, ot pay, office is nice and big, Clean office. MCH Card
The challengesNo taxi fare when you rendered late overtime, too many bosses, for beginners it's good, they give ot pay but if you work here for long term, is bad, no OT pay, loads of works, the more you persevere, the more they will give you jobs. Work life balance is hard to achieve.

Poor management especially design and project department
The good thingsNo proper guidance given, so need to work three time hard and force yourself. So you get good experience.
The challengesExperience people not helpful and if they don’t like you, you are blacklisted. Most time you have to rush, so no work life balance. Need to OT due to many work. Overall, very bad management in every department. No SOP and very messy. Many good employees left.

Poor Management especially Design and Project Departments
The good thingsCan't think of good ones.
The challengesPoor management and getting worse with most good staff left. HR can have better ethics. Someone with little experience can be promoted but cant handle the job. NO SOP because no transparency and agreed with earlier comment that "highest" management using company resources for own personal business, but use the staff as reason company not making money. Turnover rate higher than anyone can imagine.

    Poor Management of Design Department
The good thingsNear where i currently live. Free shuttle service.
The challengesEngineers and Design Manager tends to put someone rushly into other loads. Promoted people does not take up the responsibility of the new position. The role is higher but the load is still the same. Asking assistance sometimes is also hard. Have to learn by ourself.

    Poor Management Leadership
The good thingsNeed to figure out most things by yourself and be independent.
The challengesTop/senior management's leadership and technical knowledge are generally poor. So many talents had chosen to left. Most do not feel respected. Don't expect much training and career prospects.

Here is average salary for entry level. If you are experienced one, you will not happy for salary.
The good thingsDuring working there, you can learn a lot yourself. They give salary is not too much, but they give OT. This one will happy to you. Assistant design manager can be improved your skills.
The challengesEvery year, all experience drafter & designer left. So you need to do a lot as an experience one. All projects are always urgent.

The good thingsI had accomplishments for big projects with my senior manager and our design teams.
The challengesI love specially to prepare for the miscellaneous details, architectural & fabrication shop drawings for PBU unit.

    Good Training ground
The good thingsYou can learn if you are new in the precast industry. Good to start for those engineers starting career in Singapore. 5days a week of work for non-production people.
The challengesThe company is becoming too big. And it's being too big to handle. People come and go. Those who stay will take over the work burden. There's nothing much for the career advancement. Office is quite far (Tuas). Need to stay overtime and even on off days to meet deadlines. Project management & design management are currently bad.
