Good benefit & great working environment
The good thingsLess than 2 days sick leave no need to provide medical certificate. There is a weekly fruit day. There is a quarterly company event such as cooking class, yoga session etc.
The challengesThey could continue the perfect attendance reward for those staff who did not take medical leave.
