    The good thingsI have learnt lot of things here, which will be helpfull for me in future, yes i can say this is the right place to do work,basically for the fresher, here everyone can learn bcoz atmosphere is too much good , helpull staff i mean to say coordination of all is too good,i enjoy lot of there within working hours, yes one more thing i wanna to say if you are going there so first you to keep one thing in ur mind that yes i can.... after u can achieve ur goal... thats it. Thanx

    The good thingsPro work-life balance workplace with 1-hour early knock-off every Friday. Compressed work-week during the 2 school semester-break. Formalised proper training and HR orientation will be provided for new employed. Training may be provided at corporate HQ in USA with the experts and get to know the key personnel. Buddy system to help new employed to familiarize with the new environment and culture.
    The challengesDon't expect great pay rise in promotion, and low yearly increment. It can be only low single-digit percentage. AWS is not entitlement although they have not missed any. Performance bonus is capped at 2 months max which is almost impossible to achieved. Performance rating for high achiever is capped by ratio. If there are 2 performers in a team, only 1 will get top rating. Very slow pace of work.
