    The challengesNo trust from top management level towards employees especially salesperson; high unrealistic sales expectation from management; daily task is to push sales; unrealistic market demand vs production output; No proper CRM system for salesperson; No appreciation on clients; finger pointing towards employees; it would be good if the top management team can be changed; think twice before entering for your career opportunity.
