A colleague that successfully destroyed me
The good thingsgood things are happening when the destroyer is not around. Its fun to have company outing but it only happens once in a blue moon. There are also colleagues who are helpful and caring but the sad part is that, they are just juniors and the seniors are really terrible. There is also a colleague who is really good in camouflage for its attitude but worst and nasty in its true color.
The challengesThe challenge is on how you could balance getting along with such a crabby attitude colleague vs work. Workload are just balance between easy and hard but the burden of having a nasty attitude colleague is more stressful than any workload ever given. Another challenge is that, they believe seniors more than recently employed personnel even though seniors are wrong and self-rigtheous.
