    The challengesstaff leaving and did not hire for replacement and keep load the job to existing staff. benefit lousy and headcount turnover very high.

    Negative work experience
    The good thingsThe organization is not properly structured, hierarchy not clearly defined and whole system is loosely managed. Therefore, if you are able to identify opportunities, you can jump on it to get exposed and learn a lot of new things. Something you might not otherwise be able to do in a highly structured and organized company. Upper management is a bit more open to new technology and innovation than competitor companies (but still nowhere near MNC companies)
    The challengesDaily operation is a mess. Employees across all level either perform a lot more or a lot less than their supposed duties and responsibilities. Certain senior positions just swing their work, execute jobs without any proper planning. No proper training for new comers. Management level staff always avoid making mission critical decision. No proper leadership and delegation.No ownership of tasks whatsoever. Remuneration package is below par. Minimal, barely make the cut kind of benefits.

    The good thingsA good place where your can learn many things. The company has a good project management, skill and experience in constructions business.
    The challengesNot a good place for somebody is looking for career growth. The company appreciates more to people who can talk nice to them. Not to an employee who are actually working for them. The management are blind and deaf. A lot of low qualified employee who has a big mouth and know only talk and become a burden to employee who really does the job. So many contra-productive procedure set by low qualified employee causing a delay in day to day job but the company never want to review their process. No benefits, no work and life balance, no salary increment, no AWS.
