    Great experience working.
The good thingsi learned a lot of things while working..
The challengesThe challenges are that we need to be working in face pace and be a team player. Be nice to customers even though they are unreasonable. it's our responsibility to make the customer happy.

The good thingsLearn everything from serving customers, how to manage the store and others
The challengesThe basic salary is too low and we have to depend on commissions. Other company is higher than Ted Baker basic salary. The job duties is too low for basic pay. The working enviroment is good.

Fast paced environment but you learn
The good thingsMy manager was nice and understanding (Vivo City branch). The seniors were nice and helped you along whenever you did not know what to do. Timing was flexible as a part timer and the manager tried to accommodate my schedule which was helpful because I was a student who needed time to study and for my co-curricular activities.
The challengesThe pay was high (10/h) but there were no other benefits (i.e. discounts). Employee discounts were only for senior staff who have worked there for a period of time.

    Good experience
The good thingsPeople there were friendly and willing to teach which is really helpful as it was my very first permanent job. They would give people who are willing to learn and want to advance a chance to take on new things. Flexibility is also one of the reason made me feel it's a warm place.
The challengesNot sure how it's the culture or training there now as it's was quite a number of years back. Perhaps they can hold meetings or get-together session to discuss on how to improve the work process etc as I don't really remember that there's any thing like that. I think it's good to do so, everyone will be more update and able to suggest improvement.
