Good experienceThe good thingsPeople there were friendly and willing to teach which is really helpful as it was my very first permanent job. They would give people who are willing to learn and want to advance a chance to take on new things. Flexibility is also one of the reason made me feel it's a warm place.
The challengesNot sure how it's the culture or training there now as it's was quite a number of years back. Perhaps they can hold meetings or get-together session to discuss on how to improve the work process etc as I don't really remember that there's any thing like that. I think it's good to do so, everyone will be more update and able to suggest improvement.
