    Mar 2018
3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
I learned a lot during my 4 years of experience
The good thingsThe company do offer a wide exposure of experience. Most of the colleagues were friendly and helpful when it comes to any challenging tasks. Managers and partners will also try to help you to achieve your objective in the company.
The challengesThe working hours is very long specially when it comes to meeting deadlines due to tight schedules and over booking of jobs. Due to high turnover, the company was not able to retain experience staff. Senior level and above need to spend more time to guide the junior level.

    Quantity over quality
The good thingsGiven the flat structure of the company, it is common for newer / more inexperienced staff to get to try more sections in the engagement. Also, more direct interactions with the management are made possible.
The challengesThe workload volume is tremendous. Even after completing assigned workload efficiently, more engagements that others had problems with were reassigned to you - so that means the efficient workers often were handed greater workloads as compared to those who were not.

    Workload is too much
The good thingsColleagues are friendly, management level will protect staff if need be. Has many events for the staff to participate, office is located in the middle of dhoby, bugis, little india.
The challengesThe company is too sales-oriented and staff who work here are under-appreciated. Workload is also too much for a single staff to handle and staff might feel that they are underpaid.
