A transforming companyThe good thingsCompany is well established and well-known in the market. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. Colleagues are nice and capable, a joy to work with. Management are open-minded, very forward looking and cares for employees. There was no recalled instance of any lapse with regards to pay and reimbursement, which is very commendable.
The challengesThe company is undergoing transformation from old to new economy. There are changes to deal with. There are also the traditional legacy office rules that not all would agree with but those are disappearing gradually. As with any company, there are people who are challenging to work with.
