    The good thingsFriendly and helpful co-workers
    The challengesThe weakness of the company's management team is seen in its 'top-down only' toxic culture whereby instructions are always unclear, confusing and subject to the whims of bosses. No empowerment and trust. Forget about work-life balance and appreciation for hard work.
