    Salary get paid on time and great working location but poor management and high turnover are big issues
    The good thingsSalary gets paid on time, support work-life balance most of the time and the working location is very convenient with great access to public transport. The co-workers are great and easy to work with, which makes the daily work environment enjoyable
    The challengesThe real challenge is the management. The turnover rate for different positions is pretty high, and management is a big part of the reason. Their approach is often inconsistent, and their attitude can come off as rude or dismissive. They don’t always appreciate the effort staff put in, and it’s common to be asked to take on tasks outside your original job scope. Over time, those tasks quietly become part of your role, but when you bring up a salary review, they claim you're underperforming in responsibilities that weren't even part of your job to begin with. Have to debate over and over to get a pay raise which eventually will be a NO too

    The pro:Work life balance company, 5 day work week, location is public transport convenient The cons:Disorganized and ineffective management, opportunities for career development are minimal
    The good thingsThe company generally supports work-life balance. Sometimes you need to work overtime when things get busy, but it's not often. If urgent tasks come up on weekends, you'll get an extra day off to make up for it.
    The challengesThe management is a big problem cos they are very disorganized+chaotic. One day they tell you to follow SOP A, and the next day they change it to SOP B. These constant changes make it hard for everyone to do their work. Regarding benefits opportunities and career development, don't expect much from this company. Trying to negotiate for a pay raise is pointless coz management will find many reasons to say NO. They don't value your contributions and will use even small mistakes to deny your raise. You might learn new skills and get more work, if you called that career development, but you won't get paid more for it. Simply put, they don't appreciate what you do, or may be it's depends on their mood.
