Salary get paid on time and great working location but poor management and high turnover are big issuesThe good thingsSalary gets paid on time, support work-life balance most of the time and the working location is very convenient with great access to public transport. The co-workers are great and easy to work with, which makes the daily work environment enjoyable
The challengesThe real challenge is the management. The turnover rate for different positions is pretty high, and management is a big part of the reason. Their approach is often inconsistent, and their attitude can come off as rude or dismissive. They don’t always appreciate the effort staff put in, and it’s common to be asked to take on tasks outside your original job scope. Over time, those tasks quietly become part of your role, but when you bring up a salary review, they claim you're underperforming in responsibilities that weren't even part of your job to begin with. Have to debate over and over to get a pay raise which eventually will be a NO too
