    The good thingsplant design, systems, safety, work environment. Very good work life balance.
    The challengesBehavior with eastern expats is not very good. The training provided and the opportunities to enhance the skills set are very less. Management do not want you as an expat to indulge in anything which is not a value addition to current task. Lack of stewardship.

    Do not treat contract staff as a team
    The good thingslunch time can be more than 2 hours. bad point, contract staff do not have dental, vision, annual check-up, not entitle for annual lucky draw, less annual leave compare to permanent staff, not entitle for staff training. contract staff felt being left out eventhough the contract staff put lots of effort to work for the company and team.
    The challengesHR did not see staff information/cases as confidential.
