    Continous fire fighting
    The good thingsGood colleagues and flexible working hours. Able to work independently with minimal disruption as top management does not know what you are doing?
    The challengesA lot of fire fighting as management keep pushing new features for application. Management over promise customer but under delivered. Once customer is in production, all issues do not have good ownership to drive it to closure.
