Unfair treatment and poor management practicesThe good thingsWorking with good colleagues.
The challengesIf the manager can’t get you fired the manager will make your work life difficult (as even stated by the manager) until you eventually quit. The manager constantly nitpicks your work and applies double standards; colleagues are allowed to do things you can’t. When issues are raised to higher management the manager may act pleasant for a short while before returning to the same behaviour continuing to find your mistakes to get you in trouble. The manager also throws other colleagues’ jobs to you which are not within your job scope making the workload unbearable. The manager lacks proper leadership and tends to delegate their own responsibilities while taking credit for your work, but when issues arise the manager will throw the staff under the bus and make the admin answer for it even if the work was done by the manager. Overall this is by far one of the worst workplaces I’ve experienced. If you value fairness and respect think twice before joining.
