    The good thingsSome said work is war but you will never feel that you are entering a battlefield or war zone when you enter the office. The people are extremely friendly and supporting each other well. Comfort working environment that you feel that you still on your bed :)
    The challengesFast pace working environment and good change management. Change happen frequently and you have to adopt it real fast.
