    Challenging and overloaded working enviroment
    The good thingsMost people are nice, friendly and approachable. Sometime we have some welfare lunch and dinner. Staff sales
    The challengesZero work life balance Everyone is overloaded and seems to be a norm for people to work 12hour a day. Stressful enviorment as everything is super fast pace, things must be done either on the day itself or next day. Usually start with 14 annual leave, but 14 days can be too much cause you do not have the luxury to take a break from your work.

    The challengesThe double standard policies between Koreans and Korean speaking vs local employees. WFH is just one day per week and must get prior approval via system. Lack of trust in the workplace.

    The challengesDo not trust locals, key roles hold by expats Koreans. If late for work by 1 min would require to submit report to explain regardless of role and level. Tracks your laptop login period daily during wfh and send weekly reports to team heads.

    The good thingsThe only enjoyable thing working in SAPL is the comfortable environment. Office amenities are top notch too. If you're hired as a perm staff, congratulations! Great benefits awaits you!
    The challengesToo comfortable. You'll settle for nothing less than being within your comfort zone. If you try to push out of your comfort zones, your opinions might not be taken in by the company. If you're working as a contract staff, you will feel very disadvantaged against the perm. staffs.

    The good thingsPeaks, well manage HR teams, with lots of programs planed for staff working there(but most likely you will not get to enjoy due to work load), good staff purchase benefit, nice office interior design, Starbucks pantry.
    The challengesWeird location, hard to hire cab at normal timing. Weird management and planning, not understanding bosses, OT to perform (to show hardworking but actually watching youtube) unproductive, convertional work style thinking.

    Many opportunities to work for.
    The good thingsMany opportunities to discover. Great products that are yet seen by public and you get first-hand knowledge. Lots of training and free foods. Ad-hoc lunches and dinner by the company. The one of two companies in Singapore that offers houses in-house Starbucks. Starbucks drinks and food are greatly subsidised. Staff discounts are great for staffs to purchase.
    The challengesProduct cycles changes very fast, you have to adapt to change at anytime. Anything can happen anytime. Must be prepared for changes.
