    The challengesIt is difficult to get promotion in the company as there are internal Korean staff in the top management. Moreover, the benefits/perks package that given to local staff (hired in SG) is the worst that I have over my 8yrs working experience.

    I didn't like the rules of the company, such as 28 days work, 2 Sundays, basic pay is low, and the food is not good according to the money. Then there is no overtime, the money is very less according to the work.
    The good thingsThe basic salary needs to be increased, the allowance needs to be increased, the quality of food needs to be improved, the common workers need to be given benefits by 26 days of work
    The challenges28 days of work, and 2 days off for mother. Monthly allowance and salary is the reason. Food quality is bad according to money. Transfer system.
