    The good thingsits a great company and working with different people that unusually we met each day gives me motivation. the working condition wasn't good enough because of the pressure i got everyday but its a challenge that I am ready to deal.
    The challengesmost of the problem is the language barrier and the working condition because the job site is almost too far from the city.being away with the family is a factor also.
