    Dont join OPS will do.
    The good thingsOverall is a good company. Made many good friends locally and abroad. Also like their D&D, which was fantastic.
    The challengesPoor management & long working hour with no OT or Off days. Worked 24/7. Pay was not as competitive compare to other shipping lines, even though they tried to be MLOs.
