    The good thingsShort walking distance next to Kembangan MRT and 5 days week.
    The challenges- Always have plant shutdown that eat away your annual leave. If has no annual leave balance, then will be unpaid leave. - No work life balance as bosses expected you to work till 7pm to 9pm even you need to report punctually at 8.30am. - Directors and managers have no proper mannerism, especially during meeting. It is common they raise words of vulgarity or shouting tone or rolled eyes in the meeting. This is their "Lead by Example". - Very seldom to have GSI (General Salary Increment). 4 to 6 year will have 1 GSI - Very poor benchmark on salary package and benefits, always below par with the same industry. - Not much benefit and will be prompted with many questions by HR Manager if you request help on company insurance for your hospital bills. - NOT an Employee-Choice company

    Pay is acceptable. Work was standard procedure. Colleagues were helpful.
    The good thingsThere is a mess and good quality good is sold there. Workload was definitely acceptable at the time, even if it was during the lack of human resource time (Covid period). My work as an intern was actually more enjoyable than I thought. My superiors were also very respectful to my opinions and view and would even ask me to take a look at some of his project if he needed some unbiased opinion of it.
    The challengesCommunication between superiors might get jumbled up sometimes. There were some technician work which would be very mind numbing. As interns, I experience both office work and manufacturing work. Promotion and pay raise might be on the lower side.

    The challengesSenoir Supervisor Sit down there do nothing , only depend people do all his work for him( reports , email ). When the face the problem only know to show bad atitude , the problem let people to clear it.

    The good thingsBasically the co-workers are quite friendly. Can learn more leadership skills, because be a Program administrator, need to lead a team which formed by Manufacturing engineer, test engineer, quality engineeer, material planner and production team supervisor. Aside this, it also improves our communication skills when liaising with customers and internal as well. Also, i learn how to be more organized to plan my tasks as most of them need to be done in timely manner.
    The challengesLong working hours which may due to which business units we are handling. Different department may its own SOPs to follow and this may consume more time to get things done even after several discussion.
