    Nice company to work for
    The good thingsGreat office, great people. If there is one reason you would want to stay is really because the people are great to work with. Benefit wise is good. Not much hard and fast rules. Sometimes can be very busy, but still manageable. it's big company, so internally there are also opportunities to relocate and advance through the career ladder.
    The challengesthe company is undergoing reorganization every year while i'm with the company. Currently there is too much uncertainty, and in a way you feel less motivated to work because you don't know if you will be still around next day.

    The good thingsLearning everyday, and continuous trainings and courses, and professional environment that makes you enjoy working and achieving your goals at the same time. There are opportunities to grow and be promoted and different departments either in sales, marketing, training, HR or even manufacturing.
    The challengesFor me I had to cover a huge area of 5 main cities so I have to be traveling all time around 6 days a week so as I can do my job and compensate the traveling time. At the same time I was reporting to the head office which in a different 6th city.
