The challengesExtremely low staff morale within the company with lots of politics.
Little or no transparency hence new employees easily lose confidence in the leadership. Management team is clearly not interested and competent. Seems to have very low leadership capability.
Worse is HR advocates a hire & fire approach and pin-pointing/blaming culture instead of playing their role to guide the managers and strengthen organizational leadership. Messy work processes which are controlling, very manual (and not value-adding), in addition to "half-baked" global systems that add to unnecessary workload.
