    The good thingsAwesome company that is giving so much to their employees. They will give you enough opportunities to develop your potentials. I can say that I have found a place where you can go to work everyday without dragging yourself.

    Brutal management
    The good thingsNice colleagues met. It was a very homely work environment before the management change. Great office layout, nice pantry and relaxation corner. Many activities planned to bond as a company. SOPs were in place to make working life much easier.
    The challengesMany contractors used as there was always not enough headcount. Contractors are always viewed as the lowest rung of the ladder chain. High volume of work but low recognition. Management was very harsh to everybody. Numbers counted more towards their KPI and they were not looking to build a good relationship with employees.
