    The good thingsThe welfare of staff is guaranteed such as 15 mins break time slot in anytime within working hours, flexi in working from home, less overtime (only during closing period).
    The challengesThe challenges faced is the company is newly incorporated last few years. Hence, the accounting is progressively implemented the system to automate the business. Having said that, there is stilll lot of manual working which the workload can be cut form further if it's automated.
