    It was a good experience handling pax ensuring their needs and doubts are helped with..
    The good thingsI learnt how to deal with difficult situations and I have met many people from all walks of life and learnt about their cultures. I also learnt how to manage a group as in my years here I got promoted to be an officer whereby I lead a group of staffs ensuring everyone works hand in hand. I mastered leadership skills while in this job.
    The challengesThe staggered shifts and I did not like dealing with rough passengers. But overtime I learnt that skill and mastered it too. What I learn is nothing is difficult if you have mastered it.

    Meeting different people with different personality.
    The good thingsFriendly passengers who are patient and shared their experiences while travelling around the globe. Our conversation somehow makes me motivated to work harder to strive for my dreams and i won't forget these friendly passengers.
    The challengesAs i work under the department where i have to provide special assistant to passengers eg. wheelchair, non-english speaking, mother travelling alone with infant, unaccompanied minor and also passengers who needs assistance with their luggage as they are adviced to not carry such heavy things, there are some passengers who would want us to cater to their needs, and only them. Its hard because of the language barrier and how we have to explain to them over and over again despite knowing theres too much to handle.
