The good thingsPeople are nice and friendly. Bosses provided you a lot of empowerment, no micro-management. The environment is more flexibility, less stressful and competitive compared to corporate.
The challengesLittle and no direction from bosses and poor leadership and motivating factors. Very little capacity for growth and promotion opportunities if you are not working directly with the humanitarian side.
