    The directors & bosses are good, however they need to inspect their middle management staffs. They have like a cult and don't support their ops team . You can find out yourself and join.

    The good thingsIt was enriching working in a healthy work environment and also having bosses which are helpful and willing to give advice when needed.
    The challengesWorking in this industry, we not only have to face stress from the bosses, but also from the clients, by having to meet their expectations and more. As such, it has given me a chance to learn how to deal with various types of people and to deal with them professionally.

    The good thingsThe DND, the MD and acting MD are professionals and give support whenever you need them. Consistent in AWB and VB payout. Paywise to salary is also not too bad.
    The challengesThe AM are micro-managers, different style from the founder and Acting MD. Annual increment still not dispensed yet, they take too long to adjust your payout.

    Great environment to learn.
    The good thingsA place to learn how to face to resident and solve the problem. Colleagues are nice and friendly. I learn a lot of service line and accounts.
    The challengesFace resident have a technic to speak and solve problem have many type. A challenges of your working ability to face resident. Train your workload till maximum on it. Can know more about technical things. From small thing like duplicate keys to big thing like what was the machine jam or faulty and solve it.
