S C Fulfil Pte Ltd for Schneider Electric

The good thingsWorking in Schneider Electric means you get their non-monetary perks. Generally work-life balance is great. So long as you are able to manage your own work, managers do not usually monitor what you do.

The challengesLocation is Penjuru, so find your own transport for lunch. Also, since you are working as an outsourced personnel, you do not get the monetary benefits of a direct staff - and Schneider Electric pays quite well, so it hurts even more.
