learning opportunity & progressive

The good thingsAlot of learning opportunity & progressive without much boundaries and work life balance , except low wages.

The challengesShould pay accordingly example if one has been resign doing for 2 person job should pay extra allowance , or could have PT for backup assist if any on leave .
