    The good thingsMy employer guided me well, especially when I was new in the company. When in doubt I had no difficulty in approaching my manager or supervisor for their ideas and guidance. The company take great care of the employees in term of welfare, and constantly think of ways to make employee feel appreciated and cared for, be it through rewards or recognition or even activities to bond us all.
    The challengesSome challenges include not-so-clean environment because Schneider is nevertheless a very large warehouse that houses a lot of product, dust tend to accumulate quite a little. The work place is in a rather secluded area.
