I am teacher as well as facilitator, with good track record, of 100% passing rate.
The good thingsMy previous employer, they have a good human relation. I like to work as team when it comes to work-related duties. I believe that two heads are better than one when it comes to decision making or grievance resolution.
The challengesThe Swot analysis of my institution, its weakness is a time frame of registration and admission. It delays the tuition processing. But its strength is results few student will undergo supplementary exams.

    Moving On
The good thingsThe job gave me the opportunity to learn the different aspects of the publishing business from finance, editorial to sales. Building relationships was my area of strength and that was optimally used in my position. There was a certain flexibility with work arrangements and the colleagues were excellent. There was a certain degree of trust which pushed my confidence level higher.
The challengesThere should be systems and processes already in place. Although contextually different from the Head Office, certain practices should be emulated and no departments or individuals should work in silos. There should also be more opportunity to grow and employees should know about their own career progression. There were not many benefits or perks. Staff welfare was minimal.
