    The challengesChallenges will be different depends on your role and what brand that you handle. Several brands that have to handle had "8/10 stress-rate" but only occurs twice a year. Besides, there are also brands that had 2/10 stress-rate but occurs full annually. Therefore, adaptation is the most important things to have in this dynamic era :)

    The challengesSometimes the meeting is held in Mandarin, and not all SEA teams can understand. Management flow can be better, maybe because of the start-up working culture, they moved really fast as well.

    The good thingsEmployees are very young, everyone is very united and depending on your department, management can be very understanding to your personal life restriction.
    The challengesThere are times that meetings are conducted in Chinese and this could be a problem for people who are not familiar with the languge, hoping the company could have more diversified culture and language.

    Opportunity for growth, fresh graduate friendly
    The good thingsI came into SCI without much experience, was a little worried at the beginning. However, the team was super friendly and my leader was really patience and understanding towards guiding me and sharing his experience. I was able to adapt fast and blend into the working environment. Not only gaining experience within my team but trainings were provided to understand all the different departments, how they function and operates. you will have space for progression if you show the right attitude and ability in your tasks.
    The challengesChallenges for me is to be more out spoken on my views and building good relationship with the customers. Issues may come up unexpected and not just a single case, so have to prioritise different tasks and stay composed at all time. Have to expected to be interrupted at all times and have a good mentality.

    The good thingsManagement would give the opportunity to me despite being new to the company, had pretty fun experience heading to China and Indonesia landscape to experience the different challenges we had in eCommerce industry.
    The challengesQuite hectic due to high targets but the sense of achievement when achieving it is priceless.. looking back, what we have done is as if impossible. But we manage to bond by overcoming obstacles. Depending on your job, it can be pretty unforgiving as the company looks at result first.

But needs to be responsible for own decision making. Quite pragmatic on decision making and response might be different depending on who you are working under.

    The good thingsThere's are opportunities for exposure, external meetings, training and conferences. Not restricted to a certain role, you may go beyond if you have the ability. Cross-border also provide you with the chance to go overseas and meet new people from diff regions great for people with ambition .
    The challengesSituations that you have to make decision, might be stressful at times but can always look for help if needed. There's a dilemma of when to ask and not to for different individuals i guess.Have to find a balance and figure out slowly.

    The good thingsBoss easily gives a very strong opportunity for people who prove themselves early-stage or shows the potential to grow further. Getting to meet people from all walks of life from the various industry as well as the popular brand name gives us wider outlook of the market.
    The challengesSuper tight deadline and out of the blue work task can be very taxing in the long run, however, in other words, the growth here would be extremely fast. Internally, even for senior member coming into our company, we have an internal joke that working here for 1month is equal to working for 3 months experiencec else where.

    The good thingsThe age group is rather young and with the guidance from the senior management it was a good balance. Working is fun and you can feel the dynamic vibe to strive forward, even though it might get stressful at times but i take it as a learning process. A beer after a tired long day with colleagues and bosses or the food delivery from CEO on the days of OT and every sitting tgt and laugh was sth that I missed. It is the kind of company that you have to experience at least once in your career .
    The challengesTo me the challenges faced was not negative. As start up, the structure may not be as clear as most established MNCs, but that is why communications is extremely crucial. In order to be heard, you have to learn to voice out your opinion and it was a great feeling when your suggestions is consensual and accepted by the management. So with the right mindset you will feel that SCI is a really good place for everything.

    The good thingsIt was definitely a great experience working here. My colleague were very friendly. At times when I having trouble with my work, they will help me out as much as they can. My direct supervisor was a nice person, at times when I do not know how to do a certain thing, he will treat me like a friend, and guide me until I get it.
    The challengesIt was a fast pace company, at times I will struggle with my job as it is very stressful. However, as you work over time, you will understand how their whole system work which makes it faster and easier to complete the task on hand

    The good thingsSupervisor guided me well, HR is very nice and while the welfare is not as good as many establish companies, can tell that the company is trying to improve by adding more diversity activities and benefits. Coming in here we have to be prepared to manage 3 different parties which in other words be exposed to 3 different segments of the industry, working with brands, platforms & end consumer. Overall it is a great experience and manages to improve my problem-solving skills rapidly especially for the real-time situations that require me to think on the feet.

    The good things1) Very strong team member with startup spirit that is willing to do everything and deal with every task that is given by COO/CEO 2) Colleague are all very friendly from various industry background and country 3) Can be very united to speak against upper management but yet not much improvement
    The challenges1) Expectation needs to be realistically managed between both parties (Employer & Employee) before the actual project or work start. 2) Expect us to work on weekends, however, can be very forgiving if urgent family tasks are required us to head off and are explained beforehand. 3) Lack of localization, starting to derail once again.

    The good thingsManagement or CEO specifically is super strong in what he is doing on bringing in the new prospect of business & investment, company future is pretty much secured or in fact at the stage of hyper-growth being one of the strongest in entire SEA region.
    The challengesIn general, due to a hyper-growth focus, the company shifted to a stage of lacking in empathy. Like everywhere in society or startup in general, if you are looking for just stability or think you can slack here, you are in for a culture shock.

Superiors are understanding towards roadblocks and issues. Young and passionate individuals looking to learn and experience entrepreneurship can come on board to this company.
    The challengesResponsibilities and stress level are quite high as the company's plans of expansions are fast. Company needs better structuring most importantly solving any issue in the most effective way possible.
