- Normal process for outside, abnormal for them

- Manual style even using system

The good thingsThose who love oldies and prefer 90s or old school environment you may enjoy working here.
The challengesDinosaur era of work flow & cannot accept comments/advice for better changes. Working environment exactly like minesweeper, every steps need to be very cautious & careful.

Dinosaur era of work flow while Multitasking on full spectrum of job scope up to max 4 roles in the company
The good thingsGood to learn many things as it is a small company that requires alot of understanding on the work that is being thrown to you without any prior notice that was already pre-determine. If you are the one who want to challenge this role without making changes to the dinosaur era you may want to try out this company.
The challengesWill need to have people to adapt to changes due to a huge range of products they are distributing. Management have to escalate their views to the bottom line and work things out with all members of the people in the different department. Management just listed to things one sided and make things difficult to individual that is working in such tired manner in the company to make things right and cause trouble with your employees.
