    The good thingsInteresting HR initiatives, swanky office with well equipped pantry and massage rooms, young environment/ colleagues, constantly evolving workload (this can be a con if you're not into it) means refreshing change in scope and responsibilities.
    The challengesCompany is in a high growth stage and evolving very fast, thus there are many changes going on at once and things may not have a fixed protocol or standard procedures. People who work here are expected to be adaptable and flexible. As everyone is rather young (average age ~27), there is also a workaholic culture.
