After I signed up with Seacare manpower, there are always different staff calling me on different job opportunities. After my outsourced contract with them ended, I signed up with them again and only got 1 call the next day and none after that! Staff that I talked to on the phone sound quite impatient and rude.
The good thingsI was on contract with Seacare Manpower and was outsourced to another organisaton. Pay was high, near MRT and lots of nice food nearby. That was good thanks.
The challengesVery fast paced and heavy workload assisting 5 Staff Officers with very high expectations on speed and accuracy. Good work there are no comments but small mistakes have negative feedback. I'm eligible for leave in 3 months however couldn't take a single day leave because my contract was ended just 1 working day before the 3 month mark! Attendance reporting still using paper to record, sign, scan and submit.

    I learn, I grow, I enjoyed!
The good thingsIts a school and you really grow up working here. Was never in the education industry but it has been an exhilarating journey.
The challengesToo much paperwork but maybe its the culture and ways to improve the school standard. But take it as something to educate and gear you up for future job search.
