    The good thingsWith the good surrounding of making new friendships. The working environment will make a pleasant one. Most of the staffs here are helpful and willing to share ideas. A two-way communication. A real balance of work/life.
    The challengesShould focus more on the career advancement. Quite a number of potential leaders can be seen but it is not fully utilize especially for the night-shift staffs. In terms of training provided, it can improve by providing training for the night-shift staffs as it is not fair that it is being done only during the day. The company should tap into the night-shift ideology which could enhances the company cost efficiency and sustainability.

    The good thingsGain lot of expriences while working. More in hand works. Such as changing parts, troubleshooting, soldering, etc.
    The challengesThe challenges are every day you try to learn new things as the machines or products need to updagrade or converted to diff files or programs. Apart of the machines.. can make it run smoothly doing troubleshooting, changing parts if needed. And works with senior such as engineers, Team Leader if they needs extra hands.

    Surviving in the ocean!
    The good thingsFlexible working hours as long as the assignments and projects are on the right track and completed on time. No peer pressures. Awesome working environment. Wonderful facilities such as work place is fully equipped with gym, multipurpose hall which you can play badminton, table tennis, basket ball, any kind of group exercise.

    The good thingsPeople are very considerate and kind. Work and life balance is great and being encouraged. As much as you are enthusiastic, growth and more opportunities are possible. Good working space with privacy and enough room to each employee.
    The challengesRetrenchment (from time to time) in preparation for long-term vision/plan. Other people stayed too long that they are stuck and not gaining any progress. If you are not willing or enthusiastic to grow and nurture your career, then you might have a slow-moving progress.
