    Highly do not recommend
    The good thingsMet other colleagues, that’s about it.
    The challengesThe lack of respect from supervisors and it’s very unwelcoming. The lack of communication also leads to many issues, if you are thinking of working with this company, make sure to carefully read through every contract you have to sign and make sure it’s a job you really want, because personally it was an awful experience I would never recommend.

    Good experience, but not recommended
    The good thingsFun experience, learn communication skills, lot of brands to handle which is a fun experience, learn how to survive in hard situation
    The challengesLack of communication between backend and frontline, no appreciation for staffs, heavily overwork, not open-minded (cannot accept new opinions and ideas), a lot of blaming in between staffs.

    Fun experience but I wouldn't recommend to my friend
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and understanding, patient towards newbie. Senior give good advice, words of encouragement, and chances to earn commission to newbie. Have commission on top of basic salary which is a bonus point. Details of products are listed properly, easy to do reference.
    The challengesManagement, slow, salary, difficulty/breaking/delay in communication to different level/department, troublesome, indirect, insincere.
