    The job at this company was marked by unmet promises, low salary, expected daily overtime with limited transport, a lack of flexibility, and a highly political environment with all benefits eventually removed.
    The good thingsThey had good benefits before...
    The challengesMy experience at this company was disappointing and frustrating. The promises made during the employment were not met. The salary was low, and working overtime was expected on a daily basis. There was limited transport available for those who didn't stay late, which felt coercive. The lack of flexibility and the highly political environment created a stressful atmosphere. Additionally, all the benefits that were initially offered were eventually taken away. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this company to others.

    The good thingsKeppel FELS when I see this name automatically I revers 20 years back. I started my career with Keppel FELS and expend 14 valuable years. Today in this time I not mentioning what is good and what is bad. I need to say I have given valuable time to KFELS and I learnt many things from KFELS. In conclusion, I want to congratulate KFELS on a long and prosperous life.

    The challengesWith the oil prices slump and Pandemic hit, the businesses has been affected greatly. The company has re-positioned itself to focus on the clean energy and announced exiting oil rigs business recently.
