The challengesThere is a lack of concrete direction and plan from the current management. Even there is, it may change anytime whenever they like to and put blame on others since they don't know what is happening or forgot about it. Please for clarity on what you will be doing or you may ended up doing a lot more than what was listed in your JD. Product is not world class level as what the CEO said, need a lot of improvement to catch up with the current market and therefore can be difficult to convince new customers to get the product. There is no clear communication about salary increment and bonuses awarded across the company, it's up to the CEO who takes on many multiple roles to decide how much he want to give you despite having yearly review.
