    Poor-Toxic culture with high turnover rate
    The good thingsNothing much. Few good colleagues in a super toxic work environment.
    The challengesNo staff development. 5.5 work week but be prepare to work long hours as job scope is not well defined and you get thrown a lot of unnecessary work. Toxic work place culture where management is clueless in what they are doing. Join at your own risk.

    Good company which is a MNC but sadly does not pay as good as some local firms. Salary can be higher and benefits can be better as the rewards/good remuneration are given to top management staff and global staff of the firm.
    The good thingssystematic and well organised. Staff and colleagues are helpful in assisting with work load.
    The challengesBetter than many security agencies in Singapore but not generous with salary package and benefits. Majority of the profits go to global or higher management. Clients can be tough.

    Stanley Security Singapore Pte Ltd has a long way to go before it becomes an established market player in systems security.
    The good thingsColleagues were friendly. Distance to workplace not an issue. Mobile and transport allowance provided. New exposure to cultures and learning environment. Learned different aspects of system security such as CCTV, Card Access Systems, Public Announcement Systems, Intercom Systems, Sound Systems, Under Vehicle Surveillance System, Guard Tour System and others.
    The challengesNeeds improvement in business process and organisation handling of staff. Needs improvement of team lead direction and communication skills. Needs improvement of coordination among different departments. Management needs to be more transparent in providing honest information to staff. Needs improvement in providing clear, concise and detailed information related to all aspects of the work.
