Central Region3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
They will squeeze your time, not rewarding those who really does a good job and credit goes to management. It is an MNC company but actual benefits is given to certain departments. Not recommended.

The challengesManagement changes too frequent for an MNC. Too many people trying to improve processes but no one wants to do the job.
