A enriching work environmentThe good thingsI love children and it was a great first full-time job for me. The colleagues there are fun and we all worked excellently as a team. They were welcoming and taught me many things too. They became more than colleagues and instead, good friends. The work is not too stressful, of course working with young children can be stressful when you often have to worry about their safety and learning. The centre location was quite ideal too.
The challengesPersonal career development opportunities would have to be researched by yourself, although the management will have some training sessions to improve on some aspects of work.
