    Choose part time. Not full time. Demanding expectations for low pay & no travel expenses.
    The good thingsFound good friends among teaching colleagues.
    The challengesBesides teaching, be prepared for much admin work. Replying their endless emails, text messages, filling monthly, yearly objectives for all classes & students assigned by them. The school assigns teaching staff to childcare centres. There was zero compensation for travel expenses while I was there. And as another reviewer mentioned, she is right, agree poor communication within the school. Choose part time, can select classes. Manage them, and not be managed. Ex colleagues didn’t renew contracts.

    The good thingsI enjoyed carrying out my role; teaching my students in class. The HR was very understanding when I reached out with any issues, and tried to solve them.
    The challengesCommunication between management could be improved. The administrative staff were not professional when communicating to me in general - I found their way of speaking rather immature, which was frustrating to deal with.
