    The challengesCross BU support must always go thru MD, head to head discussion always achieve not result. All BU in-charge should have a better bonding section to understand each and other.

    The good thingsEmployer exercise lots of trust and flexibility , plenty of oppournities . Great job exposure to vast aspect of Food and Beverages Industry. Had to work with Japanese partners to set up new outlet and also had to assist in setting up of Kaplson Hotel .
    The challengesLabour shortage is often the biggest challenge in this industry and thus have to look out for foreigners to fill the gap . The other challenge was to create a niche market for our products to stand out against competitor .
